Life is full of twists, turns, and in-between moments…
…especially when you’re healing from hard things or watching your little one struggle. Whether you’re a trauma survivor navigating the impact of past experiences, or a caregiver seeking support for your child, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we can create a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded in compassion.
For trauma survivors of all ages…
…I approach healing with deep respect for your story. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you—building safety, resilience, and emotional regulation along the way. Healing can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. I bring in creativity, curiosity, and even moments of playfulness to help you reconnect with joy and rediscover parts of yourself that may have been tucked away.
For children…
…I believe in the power of play, imagination, and creativity to help them express what words often can’t. Through play therapy, art, and gentle structure, I help little ones feel seen and supported. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering insight and tools to help your family feel more regulated and connected.
Therapy is a brave step…
…and you don’t have to do it alone. Contact me now by emailing rachel@digcounseling.com or click the “Client Portal” button to get started. Whether you’re seeking healing for yourself or support for your child, I’m here to walk with you—offering care, encouragement, and a soft place to land.
